If you are unable to login to your BitNational Online account then you should:
1. Confirm accuracy of your username. Your username may or may not be your email address. This is the username elected at sign up. If you do not recall your username you may Submit a Request for support to have it released to your email.
2. Confirm accuracy of your password. You may also reset your password.
3. Confirm Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is valid. If it is invalid you may sync for time correction or request your 2FA be disabled.
On occasion, an account may temporarily be locked after multiple failed login attempts or do to IP address security protocols. This is for the security of your account. If you believe your account is locked then Submit a Request to have the lock released.
